Broomfield’s commercial market splits between high-traffic retail and corporate campus environments, and sign requirements differ significantly between them. Flatiron Crossing and the commercial strips along US-36 and W. 120th Avenue need high-visibility retail identity. The Interlocken Business Park (Oracle, Ball Corporation, and their neighbors) needs signs built to national brand standards with institutional precision.

We produce channel letters, monument signs, pylon signs, illuminated cabinet signs, dimensional brand signs, interior wayfinding, and ADA-compliant signage, all in-house at our Golden facility, no outsourcing.

Vision Visual handles design, permit management through the City and County of Broomfield, and installation by our own OSHA-trained crews under a single contract. No separate coordination between designer, fabricator, permit expediter, and installer.

For Interlocken Business Park properties, we also review the applicable building sign criteria (landlord-established standards governing sign dimensions, materials, and illumination on specific properties) before finalizing any design, so both the city permit and the building approval move without back-and-forth.

Channel letter signs are fabricated entirely in-house, aluminum returns bent and welded, LED arrays installed, wired to UL Standard 48 using UL Certified and Recognized components. The finished sign carries the MET Listed mark, which is what the City and County of Broomfield requires for permitted illuminated commercial signage.

Broomfield’s unified city-county government means sign permitting runs through one process at the City and County of Broomfield Community Development Department, sign code review and building permit issuance through the same office. Simpler than most Front Range cities, but it still requires knowing the sign code provisions specific to the US-36 corridor, the Interlocken overlay, and the Flatiron Crossing area.
